As per By-law Number 23-39, implemented on July 1st, 2023, fees or charges may apply for various types of document or service requests.

See below for a consolidated Schedule of Fees with information pertaining to fees for Tax/Finance requests:

Tax Certificates – $50.00

NSF Tax Payment per Item – $40.00

Tax Extension Agreement (Tax Sale) – Legal Costs + $100 + $50

Duplicate Tax Bill/Receipt – $5.00

Prior Year/Current Tax Statement – $5.00
