If you have an item you'd like to bring to the attention of Council but prefer not to make a formal presentation, you can submit your concerns in writing as a Correspondence Item. These items will be presented at the next Council meeting for consideration.

Correspondence Items (including petitions) can be submitted in the following ways:

Deadline for Submission: All submissions must be received by 12:00 noon on the Wednesday before the scheduled Council meeting at which you would like the item to be addressed.
