Township Business Park
The Elizabethtown-Kitley Business Park was established in 1984 and is located on County Road 29, about three kilometres north Highway 401. Comprised of over 100 acres of commercial/industrial zoned lands and thirty established businesses, approximately 25 acres remain available for development at competitive prices. Lot development within the park is on private well and septic systems and in close proximity to a natural gas line. A township-owned water reservoir is located within the park for firefighting purposes.

Location and Infrastructure
Located along the busy County Road 29 Corridor, the Business Park is a five minute drive from the City of Brockville, and less than ten minutes from the 401 Highway. Less than fifteen minutes from the St. Lawrence Seaway, the Business Park enjoys all the amenities that entails. If it’s mobility you are seeking, the area has a lot to offer. Highways and Roads
Close to the 401 and 416 highways, and connected to a number of high traffic county roads, such as County Roads 29, 15, 16 and 2. Roads within the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley are well maintained and accessible twelve months of the year.

The Coons Road Industrial Park is located just to the north of the City of Brockville, along County Road 29.
