Commercial/Industrial Land For Sale

Elizabethtown-Kitley offers a number of Commercial/Industrial land sale opportunities.
At this time the Township Business Park lots are conditionally sold.

Township Business Park

The Elizabethtown-Kitley Business Park was established in 1984 and is located on County Road 29, about three kilometres north Highway 401.   Comprised of over 100 acres of commercial/industrial zoned lands and thirty established businesses, approximately 25 acres remain available for development at competitive prices.  Lot development within the park is on private well and septic systems​ and in close proximity to a natural gas line. A township-owned water reservoir is located within the park for firefighting purposes.

The Township hired the services of CBRE Limited, Real Estate Brokerage to oversee the interests and sales for vacant lands within the Business Park.  All of the listings and their locations is available on Realtor.ca.  Click Here to view all listings within the municipality (external link).

Location and Infrastructure

Located along the busy County Road 29 Corridor, the Business Park is a five minute drive from the City of Brockville, and less than ten minutes from the 401 Highway. Less than fifteen minutes from the St. Lawrence Seaway, the Business Park enjoys all the amenities that entails. If it’s mobility you are seeking, the area has a lot to offer. Whether your business relies on truck traffic, rail, air or water, you will find what you need close to home.

Highways and Roads

Close to the 401 and 416 highways, and connected to a number of high traffic county roads, such as County Roads 29, 15, 16 and 2. Roads within the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley are well maintained and accessible twelve months of the year.

Air Travel

An excerpt from the Township’s Zoning By-law listing over 30 permitted uses, minimum lot size and frontage, etc. is available in the upper right sidebar of this webpage.  A 60.0 meters (200 ft,) separation distance is required between industrial and residential buildings.

Coons Road Industrial Park

The Coons Road Industrial Park is located just to the north of the City of Brockville, along County Road 29. This privately owned industrial park enjoys all the infrastructure and transportation advantages of the Township owned Business Park. The Coons Road Industrial Park hosts a varied and thriving business community.
