Your Opportunity to Get Involved! The Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley is seeking one new member for the Township’s Planning Advisory Committee (PAC).
The Planning Advisory Committee exists to provide greater collaboration and exchange of ideas between Council and the public, advice and recommendations to Council on various planning matters, including severances, Zoning By-law and Official Plan amendments. Elizabethtown-Kitley is now accepting applications to take part in this volunteer based role.
To apply, you must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, and available for meetings, which take place on the third Thursday of every month at 4:00pm.
Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate informed interest, knowledge and experience with land use concepts, rural development, landscape, architecture, ability to interpret provincial, county and township policies, legislation and community planning processes.
Applications for this position will close on Friday, January 5th, 2024 at 4pm.
