Bellamy Park Office Facilities Asset Renewal In August, 2023, Council, through Report No. A-23-78 authorized the tenant to renovate the existing office, primarily exterior work by replacing all windows and doors, re-siding the entire structure and enhancing the internal floor base, to a maximum cost of $20K, to be funded from the Bellamy Park Reserve. Reconstruction of a section of Kitley Line 3 – 1.1 kms from Hughes Road.

Work includes full depth reconstruction (pulverization of existing asphalt, fabric overlay, 6 inches B gravel, 4 inches A gravel and finished with asphalt surface.

Reconstruction of a 1.9 km section of New Dublin Road from 6th Concession Road to CR 29.

Work includes pulverization of existing roadway, 4 inches of A gravel and asphalt overlay.

Reconstruction of a 100m road plus 30m cul-de-sac.

Work includes excavation of existing deteriorated roadway,

fabric overlay, 4 inches A gravel, 8 inches B gravel for road and 12 inches B gravel for cul-de-sac and 50mm asphalt.
